Tinkerbell, Let me know what you have along with the sizes, I still shoot B&W film on a number of cameras and perhaps we have a match for some or all.
Very nicely done with wonderful contrast.
I've had very good luck with Ansmann.
I shoot both and enjoy digital for family gatherings and other informal shots on vacation and the like. I always carry a film camera with me, either 35MM or 120 when I want to take serious, composed pictures in B&W. While I no longer have a formal darkroom, most of that stuff has been in the attic for over 20 years, I still enjoy developing the film and then scanning it to see the finished image. There is a cost associated with film, and I think it makes you more aware of your composition and exposure, even filtration, when creating an image.
A Nikon FTN (Apollo) Nikkor 24MM, 50MM, 55MM Macro, 105MM and 200MM lenses along with a Vivitar 500MM along with a Rolleicord Va.
Very nice series. I wish the ink wasn't there but I'm dating myself.
Nope, he came back, married and had eight children. Despite that I believe he suffered from what we now call PTS, for he was never a happy camper.
Great shots of a B-17G. My father used to do business with some German manufacturers in the 70's and used to tell them that he hadn't needed a passport to visit in the past. He was obviously a very sensitive guy from the 8th Air Corp.
I've been using APS for years and would not consider taking any of my Nikons anywhere else. They have worked on my collection of F's and recently rebuilt an S2 rangefinder that works like new. Highly recommend them for both body and lens work.
I have an Ansco Shur Flash and a Kodak Brownie Flash Six-20 that you are welcome to, just pay the shipping. Let me know if you want them.
Happened to me in Frankfort, Germany as I was boarding a United Airlines flight to Chicago. They had to examine each lens, off of the camera body and physically look through it, and the Nikon body itself. Perhaps I should have considered upgrading to a Leica.
This is going to have some hair on it. I sold these at retail at $660 back in the early 70's and would be willing to start the bidding at $600.
I think these are fantastic shots, well thought
out and imanginged.
