Panasonic Eneloop rechargeable batteries are highly rated. As for a charger, there are two types. A Smart Charger and a Dumb Charger. A Smart Charger gives you the charge status of each battery. A Dumb Charger does not do that. They are generally wall chargers that do not measure each battery's charge. I have both types of chargers, I travel with the Dumb Charger. There are some wall chargers, that do measure each battery's charge status. But, I can't name a Brand.

For Lithium, I always go for the Energiser Bunny brand because I bought my second car from a lady who was married to the EB's boss and the EB always came to what the March of Dimes became and the polio vaccines were invented. And, that's still the case though I've retired from teaching and seaming of all types here in SoCal and haven't seen either of them since I left University of Florida in 1989.

I believe you meant 2400 mAh rather than 2400 ohm. Also, if you are referring to the Energizer Recharge Power Plus, the value is 2300 mAh and for the Recharge Universal, it is 2000 mAh.

Bought a selection of various sizes of Eneloop batteries and a charger several years ago and have not had to buy a battery since.

If you want to save a bit of cash, IKEA sells what appear to be private label Eneloops. Cheap chargers too.
