That takes care of the V and the L, so we have to figure out what the C means.

If he can't return it but still wants/needs one.
Milwaukee is the one to go for.
Watch any show on TV about auto or truck repairs and guaranteed you'll see Milwaukee impact tools.
My son is a roadside rescue driver for a major towing company on Long Island and their go to impact tools
are Milwaukee.
If he doesn't want to spend for a Milwaukee tool, a Ryobi is an far better tool then that super cheep brand.
The two batter versions aren't necessary either.
My sons Milwaukee came with only one battery and he has never run out of battery changing flat tires,
smashed rims, etc.

Aside from the wire and boxes, I would need $200 solar panels and a $900 battery unit.

You don't need to use a $900 lithium battery for what you want to do.
A standard deep cycle battery would work just fine.
I put together a battery backup for a small refrigerator using a Delco 2500 watt invertor with a RENOGY solar battery
for $210.00. A lithium ion battery of the same amp hours was $900.00.
You could buy a standard marine grade deep cycle battery for less then $175.00.

If your going to be powering some LED lights in the shed, a UPS battery and a small inverter would do just fine.
BTW I tested to see how long the 100 amp hour battery would power a 10cf refrigerator should I lose power.
After 24 hours it still had another 10 hours run time minimum.

Seems like it would be easy enough to require anything generated by AI to have a disclaimer stating so. Make it a felony for leaving it off so the potential for severe penalty is real. We all would at least be able to judge for ourselves the validity of the creation.

What is a severe venality?
Burning them to death slowly with a torch?
Right now it's illegal to kill someone. Has that stopped the killing of people.
I could make a list longer then a basketball players arm of crimes that people commit everyday.
No severe penalty even slows them down.
The co-creator of AI said he's afraid of what AI has unleased upon society.
I don't think anyone has any idea how to put the Jeanie back in the bottle.

While Congress delays in passing legislation for more military aid to Ukraine, it's the perfect time for European allies in Nato to step up. After all, if Ukraine falls, it's their necks that would be at risk.

Overall, we rate CNN moderately left-biased based on editorial positions by TV hosts that consistently favor the left, while straight news reporting falls left-center through bias by omission. Good, so then you know he's another Biden illegal.
We now call the pot holes on LI roadways, Biden Holes.
Why?
Because Governor Hochul moved 2.5 billion dollar to pay for him being a 'good guy'. His description, not ours.
How's the fund raising going?
Got some money to cover his screw up in NY, Chicago, Denver, Washing DC, etc.
