As they say, "Wish I were there."
Congrats! Beautifully rendered photo.
It's a pretty picture with a beautiful model in a beautiful costume.
If the photo were mine, I'd lose the right column and blur the background a bit, and then see if I'd like it that way.
(Aren't da Vinci's paintings a bit blurred and dreamy in the background? That's what I'd try to emulate.)
I think the top photo is "typical" and overly saturated, so it's not to my taste.
Now, the bottom photo - WOW!!!! The colors are wonderful and the lines make the photo look so modern. I love it.
Hi! If you were to lighten it more, what would you gain? The sky is a good color, as are the yellow and white flowers, and also the bark of the tree. The only things that are dark are where the greenery bunches up and lightening that part of the photo, in my opinion, wouldn't make it more attractive.
I agree that it needs a bit of pop. Maybe saturating the darker lines along the cactus on the left and the yellow flowers, the horizontal lines on the bark of the tree on the right and the lighter portions of the dead spikes.
That's what I would try to see if I liked it more.

Nicer photo than I've seen in catalogues.

The bird feeder is an Audubon feeder which is pretty effective at keeping the squirrels out - with the exception of one small one that manages to squeeze through the cage openings.
The SQUIRREL is the star!

The sharpness and details are awesome! Love the bottom photo!
Thanks, everyone for your thoughts and comments. I guess some people like paint spilled over a bridge and some don't. It's interesting to hear such diverse opinions. Again, thanks for taking a look and the critique.
