So I guess it's to the point now where any of us can disregard any law we happen to disagree with. Fine, I happen to think it's my right to drive 70 mph in a school zone, so now that's OK. I also think it's an infringement of my unalienable right to happiness to expect me to pay for anything, so I will now be taking things from people and stores whenever I want something that makes me happy.

This is the most outrageous behavior I have ever seen by law enforcement. They have absolutely no authority to rule on the legality of laws they swore to uphold. Every one of them should be fired for insubordination.
So I guess it's to the point now where any of us c... (show quote)

They are not ruling on the legality of laws they are upholding the constitution , the supreme law of the land.

All I get out of this is that some people who are paid precisely to uphold the law are breaking it. These sheriffs already get one vote, like the rest of us, so they should leave it at that, along with posting in forums, of course!

When you spend your adult life as a sworn officer and the most important part of that, as I see it is upholding the Constitution, it is your duty to do exactly that, if an ignorant and ill informed legislature attempts to enact issues which would be detrimental to the constitution, then my duty is to the former, not the latter.

Gee, What happen to you strict Constitutionalists? Did you miss the part where the President is the Commander in Chief? Guess that one got by you.
You see the people pick the President and he gets to pick the Generals.
Look at history he's not the first to fire Generals.
Lincoln did it, Truman did it, George H Bush did it and a bunch of others too numerous to list, but this time its different because you don't like him.

Gee Frank, where were you when it came time to serve your country, oh wait a minute, I see it, under your location : In hiding

A Man is judged and determined by his deeds, his ability to take a stand and stick to it, a Man concludes a deal with his word and a handshake and stands by it even if the deal goes South, he will not split hairs, he will look you in the eyes and tell you the truth. If placement by vote into Presidential office is any indication of " manhood", then real men are indeed scarce.

No' I do not believe one who voted for Obama should feel sad. They should feel betrayed and duped' they should be alarmed in that their health care plans are now in turmoil and could very well collapse. They should be concerned of a government wich prints more money in answer to a poor economy. About the billions which go as aid to countries whom hate America and Americans, then give no aid to the needy in this country.

But, then again, I guess this is "change"

how do you determine they "stole an election" Nothing was stolen, its that damn electoral college, just like Romney actually won the last election if you count all the areas he took, yet it went to the village idiot. How do you like this "change" you have?
The Prince of Fools will be retired when he finish's his term, the definite danger to this country comes from the fools who elected him.

Have you ever pondered where liberals want to live, in light of the fact they want everything free or provided by others.?

All individuals who have held the office have in the following years shown accelerated ageing. One can only imagine the amount of stress involved in this job.

Now add onto it the astronomical strain of being the King of Fools,, but also the Chief of Medicine responsible for the declining health of billions..................
