Elegant is the perfect word for this presentation, as Linda said. And I agree with RG that sometimes an overall color, in this case violet, can pull everything together. I'm going to try your mirror effect, thanks for listing your camera settings and workflow steps. Bev

Enjoyed how you framed (no pun intended) the jailbird. The old rusted building is perfect as a frame. I too know the work which goes into a seemingly simple image. But when it turns out like yours, I feel it's worth the time. Well done. Bev

I enjoyed your processed night image. Very creative use of the reflection to emphasize the interesting pattern of branches. It does have that Halloween mood which you've brought out nicely with the moon and flying bird. As Don has already mentioned Flaming Pear's "Flood" program, I've used it on occasion to add ripples to water. Thanks too for your brusheasy tip. Bev
