Topic is Chit Chat (NON PHOTOGRAPHY) don't expect subjects only photo related.
Love #2 subject and rich colors. Only suggestion is to straighten the building lines, tipping a little to the left.
Typo - 2.8 My G2 is F5-6.5 I tried it before I bought it and found I could hand hold with the VC on. Sometimes you can't use a tripod this lens works very well for $1000
I googled lightstalker and got quite a bit of info. One of positive comments came from a pro,
www.kellienetherwoodphotography.com - she has a contact page. You could ask her about her
trip, her photography is great.
I had same combo - good price - switched to D7500
Read bad reviews of easy canvas prints, maybe I'll try them for a test. Costco only in a few stores now. I like their canvas but now you have to get home delivery at a cost. I have one in process now (panoramic).
Trying Bay Photo for a metal print also. BP fairly expensive but great reviews.
Bay Photo does metalic print 40x40 for $360.00, reported as pro quality
Did updates, updated LR and then I seen new LR symbol, updated, but it was mobile. Wound up losing PS and LR from my photo subscription. Two days, 4 hours on hold with Adobe support. Got Indian help desk & couldn't understand the dialect. Agent put me on hold for a minute (already waited 45 min) and 45 min later I decided hes not coming back. I've been ghosted. 2nd day an agent says I can reload programs from creative cloud but had to transfer after waiting an hour for him. An hour later I am still waiting but was able to set computer to restore point and download PS & LR but am unable to redo updates as of today.
Adobe help desk sucks.
There are lower cost L brackets that work just as well. I am not one to spend a thousand dollars for a tripod.
You need to measure the distance to your battery door and make sure the generic L bracket doesn't block it. Also "2" silver retainer screws are better than one and prevents camera from sliding off if ball head gets loose.
I attended Florida Council of Camera Clubs (FCCC) this year and got a loaner Tamron 150-600 G2 Nikon mount for the night. I was sold when I hand held a few landscape shots and pressed the BB focus, the lens
VC was rock solid, no tremor of focus area. Add a coupon and show price I couldn't refuse the price.

I took the test but it didn't tell me how I did. what kind of crap is that?? Thanks for wasting my time.
Its kind of a self test. If you were able to see the number in each example, then you passed. I had some difficulty with one number but was able to see it after concentration. Some colors jumped out at me and some were subtle .
Test your color sight, in article "The Art of Seeing" by Marc Muench in Outdoor Photography. Go to:
http://enchroma.com/pages/test
Article talks about contrast and color.
He has very good video on focus stacking, easy to understand.
Hell, I got over charged, cheapest gas I bought was 24 cents pg and the movie show was 25 cents under 12 years of age.
Got email turbotax 2019 will not run on windows 7 need windows 10. Bought new Dell with a SSD and HDD, much faster start and stop. Also gave into LR & PS $10 photographer plan. The dehaze has saved a lot of loseers and the texture tool is great also. Drawbacks: Family Tree Maker, had to load old version, newer one was a download I believe. Also loaded Microsoft Office 2010 version, don't want to spend more money.
