This year the looms are still swimming with my wife. So I got up early today with calm sunny weather and went out with her for the first time this year. I got lucky and got some action shots I thought would be hard to get. I was not particularly ready for the shots but got them anyway.
Number 10, being an example of how people follow instructions in CA, maybe the key to why the virus is going out of control in CA.
Just posting. At home in the yard yesterday.

I have a friend who knew one of the victims.
I say politely ask them to leave and if they don't quietly walk away and go find the law.
Not being up to reading every post, I might be repeating something here. I just wanted to point out that trespassing laws vary by state. So, you might be supprised what you can be hit with. I am a land owner in WI. I know what the law is in this state but I don't have any knowledge about other states.
There are fines spelled out in the section referenced below. The last time I saw that section it came down to an easily charged fine of $250. By easily, I mean they can get you just for walking onto the land and no fence nor sign is required. In other words you need to know whose land you are on and figure out how to ask the owner before hand. Or alternatively don't get caught by the wrong owner. Out in the woods, out of hunting season, in most cases the owner is not around.
B. Statutory Trespass
Since the civil trespass rules impose no liability on the trespasser unless the
landowner can prove damages, Wisconsin has enacted statutory trespass rules that
impose a fine on the trespasser if he or she has violated the statute.
1. Note that some actions are statutory trespass if the user of the property
does not have permission. See Wis. Stat. ยง943.13(1m)(a) and (am).
