`Check out the Canon 600. I bought a couple of them. Using a 7D and a 5D mark III I wanted one for each bag. The 600 will rotate the way you are asking. I also have the 430's and 580's but the 600 has much more reach. I think that would help you in the bounce. In all honesty, going from a mark II to the mark III, indoors I rarely even use a flash now unless I'm looking for shadow effect.
what camera do you use? The reason I ask is I shoot Canon. There are several Pro 9000 II printers on Craigs list because of the package deal that has been offered. I bought two brand new, still sealed for 150.00 each. For me it is a very good printer.
my wife is going to dubai in a couple of weeks to sightsee. i got her a canon sx40. for her it should do the job. not too big or little and good telephoto when she needs it.
the folks at canon tell me the converters will not work with this lens. lose the af. i have the kenko 300 pro 1.4. it will still provide af but hunts too much. canon 800-6522666.
I bought a new one yesterday morning from my regular dealer in Dallas. 379.00. In the afternoon I saw this thread about FRY's at 299.00. I called them to see if they had any available. Yes, they did, open box at that price. I asked what that meant. Said it was either repaired or "opened and shown to a customer". I'm thinking returned. Not interested I hung up without bothering to ask if it was a Canon USA or gray market warranty.
I have had both at the same time. Rarely used the 70-200. Always grabbed the 100-400 "just in case". Walk around with your 100-400 set to 200 and see if it would be of any use to you.
