I got an email from Netflix a while back saying they were raising the monthly bill from $12.99 to $13.99. Today, I see the increase is $4.00 - $16.99/mo. Have any of you seen that increase?
Comcast included it with my subscription last year at no charge. I think at the time they said it was a $14.00 value, but not quite sure.
Take a look at this clip from her talk show. She's talking to Tom Green, her former husband. They are nowhere near each other - two different locations. It's all done with electronics. Amazing.
Amazing but scary. We are getting to the point were we not only can not believe everything we hear, but also can not believe everything we see.
both of our Samsung not so smart TVs hang-up and display an error message when launching Netflix. The smaller but newer TV in the basement seems to have more issues. The signal strength seems to be good. I do not think this is a router issue. Do other people have the same issue and are Samsung TVs more likely to have issues?
It will not be your TV. Many times when you get an error message, The first thing you should do is reboot your cable box. It resets the system and gets rid of glitches just like rebooting your computer. If that doesn't work, then call your provider and they will probably be able to do fix it remotely while they have you on the phone. They will simply send a signal thru your cable and will probably ask you what you see while they are sending that signal.
I thought this was funny. I was offered a diet/exercise plan with a one-week free trial. After I entered my info, they asked how much I would give them for this free trial. They said it cost them $18.72 to give me this free week, and they would like something back. Funny!!!
I have hassled with the blade settings too. I finally bought a "tilt box." It's a digital tilt meter that I got from woodcrafters. It is accurate to 0.1 degree.
I place it on the saw able and zero it. Then is stick to the saw blade - it has magnets - and adjust the blade to whatever angle I need. Works great and takes very little time and effort.

I have one also. It is a very nice little device and easy to. It is very accurate.
I went out tonight about an hour and a half after sunset to a waterfall about 10 minutes from my house to try out an idea of light painting the waterfall while still being able to show that the shot was taken after dark. I got lucky that there was a decent amount of water coming over the falls even though it has been pretty dry around central Ohio for the last week or so. Being down in a gorge and getting there before the moon came up made for a really dark set up. The darkness made focusing difficult. From where I was set up on the viewing platform to the rock wall where the water falls is probably 30-40 feet and while my flashlight is strong (650 lumen Streamlight), it only lit up a small portion of the rock for me to focus on.
I am pretty happy with how these came out. What I am more happy about is that I have been picturing this shot in my head for about two weeks before I went out tonight, and they came out about what I was thinking they would look like. I was a little worried when I got down into the gorge and saw how close the streetlights were, but I actually like the color they add to the scene.
Hope you enjoy the downloads.
