Looking for anyone who has used the sigma 1.4 tc with the sigma 120-300mm 2.8 how does it work with Canon autofocus.
That canon would work great for my bsseball shots but hockey is indoors with below average lights so 2.8 is definitely needed. Was trying to cover all bases with the sigma 120-300 2.8 sport lens
I just want a full frame vs the 7d crop i really like the 7d it has a better burst rate then the 5d. My main goal in all of this is to get closer zoom capabilities and sharper results
Do you suggest i use the sigma 300mm 2.8 sport on my 7d for baseball and hockey to get the extra length since the crop vs full frame. Is it advantageous to buy the 5d will it improve my picture quality.

Any suggestions to find a reliable used 1dx? Teaming that with a sigma 120-300mm sport lens is this a good long term investment for sports shooting
Hello all posted yesterday looking for feedback on the canon 5diii and sigma 120-300mm sport lens. I currently have a 7d markii and a tameron 70-200mm 2.8 zoom. I shoot 99% hockey and baseball. The 200mm is a good lens but just not enough. I love the burst rate of the 1dx but $$ is out of range unless a used model. I have a 7500 budget. Please help me find the Best options for my money.
Not a big fan of used equipment shop mostly BH. Unless you can recommend a reliable used dealer. 200mm on a crop such as the 7d is equal to 300mm FL correct? So will i be gaining any distance and quality advantage with the sigma 300mm. I am wheelchair restriced so that limits my closer positioning sometimes

I am looking to purchase a 5dmarkiii and a Sigma 120-300mm 2.8 sport lens. I would appreciate and feedback as to the quality of these products and what kind of results i should expect.
