Turn all the lights on, shut off the ceiling fans, open window shades, close toilet lids and add lights so all areas are nice and bright. I use a 10 or 18 mm lens.
My dad was a marine photog in WWII and then went back to work at the Washington Daily News so my first camera had to be a full-scale Speed Graphic. It was always around so I used it at home. That was replaced with a nice Nikon F that I still have as the cameras were at home when the paper folded.
Some folks believe when the land bridge at Turkey broke through and this lake drained into the Med that was the origin of The Great Flood.
Good show. Dog not in the scene very much. Plots are realistic (for TV) and they don't have some blond jumping the first interracial person that comes along.

Sorry but I don't see a problem as long as they are not forced to work and are paid and properly supervised. The kids wouldn't be there if they didn't need the money for themselves or for their family.
Not everybody is working toward 4 years at Harvard. Many of us wanted to work and learned to be self-sufficient and ended up in pretty good shape without an expensive education.
I use a small Nikon Coolpix A900 and it has all the features asked for and not expensive.

Great work. I particularly light the expression captured on the first one of the pitcher. Timing on all is good. Did the two at first base come in safe?
I carry a "Pilot G-2 Penstylus" it's very inexpensive, writes very smooth and has a soft-end for phone texting and touchscreens. Moving the pocket clip extends or retracts the point.

I'm 80 years old, therefor Outdated also. My camera has many controls, each of which is useful. Scott Kelby writes good instructional material and has a good sense of humor but he's not always right. He's a business and when a business needs attention you can count on Scott to come up with something to get him(it) attention. Way to go Scott.
Once the train, or any car or engine, of the train is off the track bed it's too heavy to stay on the top of the ground and will dig in. So, once off the track bed no brake system will be of any use.
