If you have both available, do a "side by side" comparison, you will see the answer.

I know this is a basic question but I don’t know the answer so please don’t respond like I’m an idiot. Keep the snark at the door. I’m pretty much a rookie regarding post processing having done some basic editing with JPEGS. If I want to teach myself more advanced techniques do I need to be shooting in raw or does a program like Luminar work with jpegs? I have two slots in my camera so I can shoot one in jpeg and one raw.

You can edit either type of photo but jpg's will not take heavy editing - i.e. as when you are way over exposed or vise versa. There isn't enough data in a jpg for that kind of recovery or editing. But as far as doing things like color grading, slight exposure changes, sharpening, replacing a sky, spot removal or cloning, jpg's work fine.

Garter Snakes in Black.
I used a Nikon D7100 and a Nikon 300mm F4 PF.
All photos were taken in Parc des Rapids, in Lasalle, Quebec. Canada.
Thanks for viewing.
Steve.

I got bit by a garter snake. That's something I'll never forget. When someone says it's "harmless", don't believe it! Even though it won't kill you and doesn't have a venomous bite, it can still bite, and it fricken hurts!

Yes to all. Friends say that there is a tremendous amount of pleasure when having them played with. One likes to have a bit of ice adds to hers for a different thrill.
Milk ducts are mostly in the aereola so feeding is no problem!

I have 3 Canon printers. The one that impresses me the most is my Pixma Pro 9000MK2. It will sit unused for months sometimes and I turn it on and it works fine. I also have a pretty old Pixma Pro 100. The 9000 is at least 11 or 12 years old and the 100 is 7 or 8. It also will start right up after months of standstill. BTW, the 100 makes great B+W prints. My 3rd Canon, I can't remember the model, MX something, I just use for paper printing. I have no idea how old it is, it was my late father in laws, who passed over 2 years ago, and bought it several years before he passed. I am convinced that Canon makes excellent printers.

I've had the Pixma Pro 9000 and it became unreliable. If I put a book on the top cover it worked but if not, it had some kind of error message and wouldn't print. I upgraded to the Pixma Pro 100 and it worked fine just like yours. I had it for a few years and I sold it to a friend for $100 and upgraded to the Pro ImageGraph 1000. When it was working, it had the best prints. It was easy to use and control. But it started becoming unreliable and finally quit. I called Canon and they will not repair this model, stating that it would cost more to fix than to replace with a new one. This put a really bad taste in my mouth. It cost about $1300-$1400 new. I have been looking into the Epson P900 now. The reviews tell of a paper feeding issue. Not all, but some seem to have problems with the paper either not catching, or going thru crooked. I have not pulled the trigger yet but I have a ton of ink and very large paper for large prints and it's such a waste.

I went there in 2014 and got many of the same images you got. Excellent. I had a lot of fun there for 15 days on Tip Top IV, a 125 foot yacht...

Some girls shouldn't be models. I think I remember seeing her before in one of your posts where you said that she wanted to be a model but didn't make it. This background is pretty cool though. With the right model wearing the right stuff, it could be awesome. Maybe even if she wore an engineering hat and loose fitting striped overalls with the sides of her breasts peeking thru it might work for her.

I wouldn't say you got a smokin' deal on it but it's ok. You got a new but obsolete camera for a fair price.

Why do those people who have a choice in a system that still has DSLRs and mirrorless still purchase technologically antiquated and some discontinued DSLRs that came out years ago that will soon not be supported.
They have the option of buying far more technologically advanced cameras for the same money that will still receive service.
Just curious what is the driving force to spend money on old obsolete cameras?

Some people may not be able to afford the latest and greatest. So a DSLR that has been reduced in price to get rid of inventory may be very enticing to someone on a fixed income or that is already invested in older lenses.

My 55" Panasonic TV is an HD tv without any of the smart TV features. After hanging it on the wall in my new house, it looked too small. I use a FireTV Stick which gives it the smart TV features. But I started wondering what a larger TV would look like on the wall so I bit the bullet and got an 82" Samsung. A friend is coming over later today to help me hang it. I might have to move the bracket up a few inches. It weighs 98 pounds. Ugh! But it's 4k, and Costco delivered it free and they gave me a free 5 year warranty. The first year is by Samsung, the second is by Costco because they double the manufacturers warranty on TV's and most other stuff they sell, and then they gave me a 3 year extended warranty thru Allstate. I don't know when Allstate got into the electronics warranty business, but they've done well for my auto insurance. I hope I never need them but if I do I hope they are as good as they are at car and home owners insurance.
