In Photoshop I turned it into B&W. Then painted in black to bring colour back in the places I wanted the colour back. Took a bit of time but was very pleased with the result.

Excellent shot. A real wall hanger.

Shot taken at Batsford arboretum (UK) this Autumn. The selective colouring really brings out the effect of sunlight on some of the leaves.

Sorry but looks really false. Cropping the top of the head is a real no, no in my opinion.

Next time you do a paste-up, try for a fairly equal noise level in both images.

It was a single shot. No paste up at all. Go to Utrecht and you will see it for yourself.

Canon 5D IV with the 70-200 F 2.8 Mk II.

Superb camera and a brilliant lens. Most of my shots are taken with this combination.

Open Office contains a "PowerPoint" system. It is quite good and FREE.

Nice concept with potentially lots of interesting applications. Tomorrow I will look around the house to see if I can find some suitable objects and places where I can try to take some similar shots.

Many thanks for a great idea whilst I am cooped up.
