The Air Force's recent release of classified information on UFO's supporting their existence should certainly spawn a new boom in UFO photography. So what would be the best lens to use in hunting UFO's? Does anybody have experience in this area?
The same lens one uses for shooting Bigfoot. The worst one you can find.
You have to be more specific. Will you be shooting from the ground, through the glass in your space ship, or will you be outside tethered to the ship?

It's a frame of mind... There already has been one thread after a guy thought he got one....
I’d use one excavated from an Ancient Alien site. There are plenty to choose from.

I have and it is the lens you have on your camera at the time - they did find an image on my camera, it was the last one I took and I was using a fast 35mm lens doing some hand held night shots - Would you like to see the image, of the collector?
There is one I’ve seen advertised on the X FILES, I forget it’s name but i’ve Seen Mulder use it in some episodes
Probably a relatively fast, manual focus tele lens with a hard stop at infinity. Light and short enough to be used handheld, as there generally won't be enough time to set up a tripod.
Just reading the tittle I thought it was another ChrisT thread.

Hubble. But hand holding it might be a problem
I read an article last year that several Nikon D5 cameras were delivered to a space station to replace the Nikon D4(s). They already have lenses from the previous camera. I don't know what lenses they have. But, at least those space photographers, will be closer, to get that infamous once of a lifetime UFO shot, before they land on earth. Are there really UFO's?
All kidding aside, please show us your UFO photos! Happy hunting!
