Funny thing... the legitimate target list was created by the initial attacker. They consider the entire population of Israel as the enemy, no matter the age or military status. They all belong to no army, no standardized anything to distinguish combatants from citizens. So to some they get a free pass.
Meanwhile, Israel has to deal with people who strap bombs onto their toddlers and sends them into Israeli crowds and busses, shoot rockets from religious sites and schools and apartment buildings. Take hostages to torture to death, use as shields or the lucky ones, as negotiating tools. Or just to parade around cheering crowds who spit on their broken and articulated naked bodies... knowing if the response is the only real way to retaliate, they will have supporters around the world hold Israel to an impossible standard they themselves will never be held to... and celebrate.

Your camera appears to be exposing the highlights decently. I can see detail in highlights with the spire.
Tell us how you you think you adjusted your camera for the shadows.
And tell us how this is a RAW image, as it is a JPEG now. Note you do not really view RAW images, they are converted to a format that is viewable. However if it is a RAW image, the image data is there and available for adjustments with software that can get to it. You could upload the original, and we could see exif data and that would tell us something.
What other cameras are you referring to? (I assume you are comparing images)
If there is a raw version of this image, You should have plenty of detail in the shadows to isolate and adjust in an editing program that can work in 16bit digital negatives, ( RAW) or proprietary versions ( .DXF .NEF .SRC etc. ).
Though through a bus window, which may be tinted, not sure what you are expecting in a final version.

Not sure I would be happy with this if it were mine. I assume the OP has the same dilemma and thus the question. Not because of model or subject but because it's harsh... and crisp.. and raw - so you are left to judge it on its content and not the art. If you like this sort of content- either the ropes or the model or bondage - thats who you are shooting it for.
I think you could make it more universally interesting by carefully adjusting things like - lighting, DOF, expression, eye contact, focus, perspective, perhaps fog... crop, add some sort of background... these are things I would consider to make it work better for me , to force the viewer to consider whats going on rather than solve all these things for them with a slap in the face of it. Its sort of Maplethorp'ish of his more controversial images- and I didn't care for his stuff like that either.

What is the original? Are they RGB or greyscale? Send the specs, size in pixel ( resolution - even though pixels will tell us) , mode, depth (16 bit?) .... format etc. See if we can spot the issue from there.
In the past, I have attached layered PSD files whose image did not show up with a preview, but the files themselves were there. All that appeared on the UglyHog post was the (
download) line. Those with Photoshop or on a desktop etc. that could preview .psd files, could click on and in the window that opened, could view them, and if downloaded, the PSD file layers and adjustments showed up intact.

You are shooting for yourself no doubt. When shooting for others...
RAW(NEF in my case) as primary and also RAW as backup for very important events in case something happens to one card. ( Never had this happen) .
RAW + Jpeg for less important events, but jpegs so you can instantly share them rather than have to go to a computer and process a set of jpegs.
OR, paradigm shift... You shoot jpegs, and the raw is the backup for shots that could be improved.

yeah, if you put out a post debating the shade of mauve.... you'd get people to say negative stuff about it, and some who would say you are an imbecile... when putting things up in a critique atmosphere... be prepared for both.
