In 1970 or 71 I got to go to Gibralter while in the Navy. Interesting place.
We pulled in in 1987 when I was the Chief of the Boat on the Submarine City of Corpus Christi. Spent almost a whole day going through. And what a great view from the top can See France, Spain, Morocco and the nude beach belowš.
In 1972 I was on a US Submarine and we were getting ready to pull into Messina on the surface in the Straits of Messina when a hi-speed ferry hit us in the Starboard stern (the ferries fault) it broke off one blade of the starboard Screw (prop) and bent over our stern light. Our OOD took great actions to reduce the impact. The ferry sunk quickly but the good thing is no lives were lost on the ferry. So instead of pulling into Messina we limped into Naples on the good screw and limited turns on the damaged screw, to replace the screw. I was really looking forward to pulling into Messina because we have been in Naples many times. Italy is my most favorite Country because I rate the country by its Food (not tourists food but what the locals eat)
I bought a N1 J1 for $99 on EBAY for my camera collection. It came with two batteries & charger a 10-30mm lens with caps and the F adapter. I even mounted it on my 200-500 lens looks Funny but it worked. Iām also going to use it on my telescope.
What about āBachelor degreeā is it for men only š
Is the term Bachelor degree sexistš
Iām so glad that a company holds true to their religious beliefs.

I pass this old dead Cedar tree coming to and from our Son and Daughter in laws home. It is covered in grape vines that people come with ladders to pick grapes. I had to share it
In 1955 (I was 5) I had one and would drive around the block by my self. Well it squeaked really loud š. Well after the second trip around a man called me over to his house and he oiled it up and stopped that awful squeaking. Such a different time of trust and freedom
My Dads oldest Brother was given the 50th anniversary camera and later gave it to my Dad. In the late 50s I started taking pictures with it. Well my dads youngest Brother just came back from Germany in 1960 and saw how much I liked to take pictures so he gave me his Leica M2. I was totally in love with it and took many rolls of film through it. Well before my Dad passed on he gave me the 50th camera. I still have these two cameras. This started my love for collecting cameras. 350+ and quit countingš. Attached are the two cameras that started it all. Now Iām teaching my 5yr old grandson. Started at 3 1/2 and doing well, he has his own D7200
I just bought one J1 for my collect with F adapter and the 10-30mm lens. I have to say it is a nice little camera. I did something funny with it by mounting my 200-500mm lens on itš
