The best thing to do with that computer is to dump it and get one with a windows operating system. Apples are only good for graphics designers. You will never convince Me otherwise so save Your time and don't even say it!

I took this photo this morning at O'Hara's Mill Conservation Area near Madoc, Ontario.
The Tamarack is a conifer tree with needles but it turns yellow in the autumn.
About one minute after this photo it started pouring rain.
It does look better if you click on the "download" view.

I'll say it looks better with the download!! Beautiful image. Wallhanger Robert.

Thank You. Don't know how I missed those for about the last 4 days. Think I might be staying up too late at night.

Just wondering, has anyone heard from or seen a post from Old Hippy in awhile or have I just missed them?

Worse here is the dog walkers who bag up the dog poop and then tie to a tree 'so everybody can see what a good dog walker I am. Walking into it is worse than walking in it!

I agree completely. My Wife was called Home in May of 2015 and I find myself at the cemetery 3 or 4 times every day or evening. It really gets My goat to watch people pull into the cemetery every time I am there, get out of their cars and then open the rear door to let their dog out, a lot of times without a leash, and then take an evening walk around the cemetery with their dog following them and stopping to pee on someone's headstone or worse take a dump. Most of these people don't even have any loved ones buried there. Disgusting, ignorant pigs! Let Me clarify this by pointing out that usually it is the dog doing the disgusting business I am referring to - - - - I think.

A grandson is truly a blessing to grandparents and I'm sorry to hear that he's going to be taking part in the blood profiteering. We love "our country",
but we're intelligent enough to not trust our government and the out of control military-industrial complex. The portrait of him is very strong for the facial expression and posture that screams about what is stuffed way deep down inside. I offer my grandson the true power of peace that comes from love.

Ignorant statement! If it wasn't for strong patriotic young men like Gunner You would be speaking a foreign language. Freedom is not free! God bless You Grandpa and Gunner. Keep Your head down and come home safe.

Lightroom Classic vs Lightroom CC

Not sure what all this means but it seems to be a good read

I fly radio controlled aircraft and some of the new ones are now powered with LI-Po batteries. These batteries are unsafe and people are uneducated about them. If you ever encounter one on fire the best way to put the fire out is to smother it with a lot of sand.

Wow, that is wonderful. She should have a landscape designer business. She could have made You both a fortune! LOL!

That squirrel isn't fooling Me for one minute. You can tell by His or Her right arm and hand or paw, that He or She is hiding something under His or Her armpit and You caught Him or Her! That's why He - - , oh You know what I mean, looks startled, trying to look so innocent. Anyway I think photography is supposed to be for enjoyment and I think it is a really great image.

Beautiful image Ed. Seems like whenever I look down to maybe find an opportunity for a picture like that all I ever see is fungus growing on a fallen log.

Thanks a lot folks, glad you enjoyed a small helping of The Magic Kingdom. Sorry I haven't been able to reply much. My wife had surgery this afternoon on her hand. She has severe arthritis (like me) and had to have one of her joints fixed. The bone had to be trimmed where it had become deformed. She's in bed resting, and the prognosis is good at this point that she'll have better and less painful movement in that joint.

In the meantime, I'm rethinking my earlier idea of providing a slideshow. Maybe there is enough interest in seeing more of "The Magic Kingdom", than I thought.
Thanks a lot folks, glad you enjoyed a small helpi... (show quote)

Thoughts and prayers for Your Wife and You. Hope She recovers quickly. She might be out of action for awhile. My Wife was battling cancer. I will tell everyone this. Think about this! Cooking, cleaning the house, laundry, grocery shopping, taking care of the pets, etc. . . . anyone who thinks doing all of these chores everyday isn't a tuff job, and thinks the "Little Lady" has it easy is dead wrong. Hooray and 3 cheers for the "Homemakers".
