As stated I will try one more--this one I tried to look at light and contrast with just the "New eye" so it looks OK to me. Your comments are still valid and appreciated.

I like it! Maybe most of all because it is my kind of "stuff." Good job, in my opinion!

Nice job capturing a lighter side to all this. It illustrates what I believe is my greatest problem--trying to edit down to the One? "keeper." Good luck!

[quote=josquin1]You must be studying Weston or Bernhard nudes as the abstract quality of it is very close to their nudes.[/quo

Hadn't really thought of that but I look at lots and lots of photographers stuff so you are probably right--I hope to gain something from who ever I look at. Don't want to copy, but being affected by the great ones is good. Thanks, it's a complement.

Thanks. At first I thought "Nah, I don't agree, its the way I want it." Then tried an experiment--looked at it with just the eye that still has a cataract--it looked great (at least on my display) Nice velvety blacks, etc. Then covered that eye to look only with the eye with the brand new clear glass lens. WOW, not a single BLACK other than the margin frame! You are exactly right!!! Geeeez have I got a lot of pictures to redo once the other eye is done!! I'll keep posting though and try to look first with the good eye only. Thank-you so much!

Good idea and composition isn't bad but more sculptural lighting as opposed to flat would help I think.
I also think you could mostly achieve that in post with a judicial use of Curves.

Thanks! I actually (and astonishingly) told a number of models to "tie your self in a knot" and made a series. I'll post some others as I find them.

One cataract out--one to go so have no idea how bright this will look to others. Please let me know! Of course other thoughts are welcome too.
