As to TI - that would have been too easy for me to consider, so I wondered whether you got something there. I looked at the place on Google Map Street View, and it is definitely not a Tourist Info center NOW - it is housing a local farm market, but who knows what was there in the past. But actually I don't think this is it, as the TI was spelled "Ti" and I assume is part of a local breton name or expression .... let's see if somebody in the know comes in. Thanks for trying!
