I read the article and did not see that part. Perhaps it is because my common sense tells me IF this is an American company then WTH are the Chinese getting a HUGE loan to become more a part of what they already have. Maybe the Chinese should put their own money into being a larger owner. Do the Chinese get larger dividends due to American taxpayers loaning them Billions. DAMN!!!!! Now that is one hell of a sweet deal if you ask me.

How is it the Left continually brings in Russia, Russia, Russia where there is none with President Trump while failing HUGELY to see any connection of China to Biden. Amazing the lack of vision on the Left who sees only corruption with Trump but nothing at all with POS lying corrupt Biden.

$850 million of our taxpayers money going to a mostly Chinese owned company to cut down on the dependence on Chinese factories for batteries. So now we will be dependent on a Chinese owned company here in the US, which will probably branch out and expand here.
At first the tooling etc. will come from China then they will start making that here also - with imported labor in large part - jobs for all those i******s coming across the border.
And the Chinese owner's profit margin will go up because of the savings from not having to t***sport goods from China.
