$850 million of our taxpayers money going to a mostly Chinese owned company to cut down on the dependence on Chinese factories for batteries. So now we will be dependent on a Chinese owned company here in the US, which will probably branch out and expand here.
At first the tooling etc. will come from China then they will start making that here also - with imported labor in large part - jobs for all those i******s coming across the border.
And the Chinese owner's profit margin will go up because of the savings from not having to t***sport goods from China.
