The decision and article refers to non citizen or immigrants which this people are . Not illegal but rather a protected class - “ asylees “ pending their immigration court hearing

So although we know people entering today that have court dates in 2031 will be so thoroughly ensconced in the U.S. with children (anchor babies) by then and the fact that 85-90% would not qualify for asylum, can we assume they entered the country either “illegally” between ports or by fraudulently asserting asylum as directed to do by coyotes, immigration activists or NGOs?

1. No you can not assume anything . That decision. Is up to the immigration court .
2. The number approved for asylum is actually around 50/50.

Of course I can assume. Your numbers are way off. This from the last fiscal year shows that Mexico, Central America and South America where many are from have success rates below 10%. Argue with Biden’s DOJ, not me. Additionally, historic numbers do not tell the story since the asylum mill has become an industry promoted by the current policies at our southern border.
