I have both the Fuji X-T2 and a Nikon D7500. Love them both. The things I love about the Fuji are the layout I like having dials for the major controls, its handling and feel and of course its lenses. The things I love about the Nikon D7500 are optical finder, I am just not in love with an EVF finder although I can live with it and I prefer the look of the pictures from the Nikon over the Fuji although both take great pictures just a little different look and I prefer Nikon for using flash. I like the Fuji for people pictures. I use the Nikon for wildlife because I have telephoto lens for it and the Fuji when I want to go light. If I could only have one camera system I would choose my Nikon but that is just my personal preference and what I am used to. They are both great camera systems and it will come down to what feels good to you.

The nikon 60mm micro will be the equivalent of a 90mm on a DX body. The Nikon 105 micro is an excellant
lens but will be the equivalent of a 157mm on a DX body. I find I have to use a tripod with my 105 macro on a DX body to get a sharp picture or a very high shutter speed which isn't always possible. Something to think about when making your decision. The 60 micro will also be a nice portrait lens.

There were great sales on the Fuji X-T2 a few months ago. Bought a new one from B&H for $800. The stock is depleted now.

I got the 11Pro for myself and the 11 for my wife. I wanted the extra lens as well as the larger screen size and longer battery life. My wife is not into photography but does use the camera on her phone more than she would a regular camera. We are both satisfied with the models we got so for me the extra money was worth it.

I really like Luminar 4 and have had previous versions as well. I use it both as a stand alone and as a plug-in to Mac Photos and Elements. I do not use the library to organize my pictures but do like the ability to import several pictures at a time to work on and then export. Some of the earlier versions you could only work on 1 photo at a time. I find it easy to work with and and the learning curve not as steep as some applications. I don't use it to process RAW images although it can be used that way but mostly to tweak jpeg's which is what I mostly shoot.

Have both bought and sold several camera bodies and lens and was satisfied each time. They are the first place I go to when looking for a used camera or lens.

The doors on the camera don't open but since I only put it on the camera for a specific purpose that doesn't bother me. Also it works on all my camera bodies and is so compact I don't know it is on the camera. I would recommend it for an infrequent user who doesn't want to spend over a $100 on a matched bracket.

I have a Nikon D750 and want to purchase an L Bracket that is specifically designed for it. I don't have a battery grip at this time so will be looking for the regular configuration. While looking at these brackets on Amazon I came across the Stabil and I like the way it looks. I decided to check the ratings and testimonials but there are none for this item. This bracket is less expensive than the Kirk and the description sounds nice but I have never heard of this brand and I would like some input from someone who has actually used it before I purchase.

Thank you for your help.

I have a Nikon D750 and want to purchase an L Brac... (show quote)

If I was leaving it on the camera all the time and wanted the best fit I would get the RRS, but for my D750 I bought the Desmond for $20 which works for my infrequent needs.

I recently bought the Nikon 10-24 3.4-4.5. I purchased it used for $360 in excellent condition and am very satisfied with it.

Interesting!! I recently went to KEH Online App for the Sale of Gear and found that they have now restricted severely what they will buy. (I relied on them for many years for sale of and purchase of used gear and what they sell is usually better than the rating they assign)
Anyway, I then went to MPB and with one exception (Metz), they accepted about 15 pieces. And, unfortunately again, they don't deal with Panasonic as I wanted to trade all for a PanyDMC 2500FZ --

My experience was just the opposite, I had several Nikon AIS manual focus lenses that MPB wouldn't buy but KEH did and paid a fair price.

Have bought and sold several cameras and lenses to MPB in the past year and have found them trustworthy and reliable. Have another lens coming Thursday. Have done business with KEH since the eighties and they are good also.
