If you want to emphasize "The Notch" #4 really does that. If you want a great picture of the area with the mountains and the color of the mine, numbers 1 and 2 are better. It depends on what you want us to see.

If you have not visited the High Desert Museum in Bend, it is definitely worth a day. They have a raptor demo that gives you an opportunity to photograph raptors flying and posing.

If I remember right it took 5 days to get to Whitier, AL. I think it was only two to the lower part of Alaska. We had a cabin, and we really enjoyed travelling on the ferry way more than the cruise we took coming back south.

Governor Beshear of Kentucky reported some flu stats. The social distancing has helped decrease the number of flu cases and deaths in Kentucky this year. The health department tracks flu statistics carefully.

I was stationed at Edwards AFT twice, which is very near Mojave. My daughter and her husband lived in Boron, CA hich was a town on trail and a camp for the wagon crews. Thanks for sharing.

I was at Muscatatuck Wildlife Refuge in Indiana looking for wildlife early in the morning. I thought this treee looked fine in silhouette.

Great shots. I was at Muscatatuck last week and was not able to get anything that good. I took a lot of shots, but the birds were too high where I was waiting.

They are both great photos, but I would love to have a jigsaw puzzle of the second one. Great scene, hard puzzle.

I think the tree on the left ios important. It shows a gradient of the fog affect. The tree on the right is almost clear; the tree on the lefft is slightly obscure; and the other trees are very obscure. To me the gradient of affects make the picture. I really like it.

Thanks for posting.Driving around that park twice in one day was one of the most enjoyable days of photographing I have experienced. There were so many animals to see, but I did not see some you photographed. Loved the baby gators. I think if I lived down there, I would go there often.
