How about posting a picture showing exactly where you drill the hole in the cartridge. I bought a refill kit and ended up with a little mess.

Go to one one Jose Rodriguez's videos, and you will see how to do it. You might also try one of Mike Lee's from Precision Colors videos. Use a 5/32" drill for plastic, not a metal drill and follow the directions. If you don't drill straight, you will have a leak. You can always seal the hole with silver a/c tape or hot glue.

The Pro-200 has good reviews. You might want to save the printhead and if you have OEM cartridges from the 100.
If you refill, you can use your 100 carts, by taking the chips from the 200. That way you can see the ink levels. The 200 carts are opaque.

I have one of the original ones made in a 4 car garage. It was $35 new. Bought a used one just like the one that is pictured that is like new. Great tripods.

Here in NYC we have the luxury of a good pizzeria every few blocks. Nobody in my house would eat pizza from a chain. I also like to support my local businesses. The chain corporations can handle the Covid easier and don't really care about me. Someday you should come to NYC and try some of the best REAL pizza. 😁😁😁 No offense intended.

NYC has the best pizza. It has to do with the water.

Great story, and I also had an Ultrablitz Matador 400 as my first electronic flash. It was not heavily used, as I was in high school, but the only repair I had was replacement batteries. I switched over to Honeywell Strobanars.

Are they still available? If so, I would be interested. Thank you.

According to Mike Lee of Precision Colors, the Pro 200 cartridges can be refilled. Two caveats. One is that they are opaque, so you can't see your ink levels. The work around is to use the CLI 42 cartridges from the Pro100. In order to use them, you have to remove the Pro 200 chips and install them on the CLI 42s. That way you can visually see how much ink is in them. As of now, there are no chip resetters. Also the inks are not the same for the Pro100 and the Pro200.

I am getting my 2nd shot tomorrow from the VA here in Richmond. I took 2 Tylenol the night before and 2 that morning. Also took some flexible freezer packs with me to put between my jacket and shirt. Virtually no pain. Hope the 2nd one goes the same.

I bought an open box Minolta 5D from Circuit City. Bought a 5 year Mack warranty for $60.The camera failed 4 times in 5 years. The last time it failed was 3 days before the warranty was up. After waiting a month, the sent me a refurbished camera. I used it for a year and gave it away to a co-worker. She is still using it today. Best $60 I ever spent.
Also bought a 5year 60,000 mile warranty from VW on my 2006 Passat. Back then, it was $1000. I estimate the repairs that they paid for was about 7K. That included a new long block because of a fuel pump failure. Shavings in the oil.

Some good replies above. I've had both Epson, HP and one Canon 100. The Epson's were good and functional. I would look at the Canon 100. If it fits your needs (size of prints, etc) then take a good look. Best printer I ever owned. I use a very good third party ink and prints are perfect. To be frank, the Epsons I owned were older and I think Epson has gotten around the clogging issues.
Ink for all printers is exorbitant! But I agree with above that it's about the same,or less, than sending out -- and you have a print in hand now -- and can re-crop for what you didn't cut out on the computer screen. Canon introduced the new 200 --- which when I looked at the specs I couldn't see a reason to upgrade. Good Luck and stay safe.

I own the Pro 100, and the only reason to update would be to print panoramas. The deals on the Pro 100's are over. I have a new spare.

Sky replacement photo

It looks much better with the sky added. I had an instructor at RIT in the 60's that would add skies to some of his picture. He had what he called a library of skies that were on film. We used to call him Grandfather Color.
He would call Kodak and tell them that a particular batch of film was "undertimed" by a i/4 stop. He was right!

Not true, just disable the the program. My credit card was hacked about the time the payment was due and I was awaiting the replacement. Printer would not operate, found the disable program, and it printed. Then registered the new card, and it is back to normal.
