It would be helpful to know which plugins are best used/preferred for WHAT types of post processing situations. Thanks in advance.

It's not, it's eBay. If you buy one of those lifetime copies let me know. I want to introduce you to my cousin Louie. Next time you need a car or truck Louie can take care of you at a price you won't believe!

Never said I'd buy one. Just curious how this crap gets advertised. But thanks for your recommendation.

Slightly off-topic, but related. Multiple eBay sellers are selling Luminar 4 with liketime key, etc. Purchase is for emailed version, and ranges from $9.99- 29.00. How is this possible?

I guess I'm not as technology savvy ..... as I have always tended to think both optical and electronic viewfinders are considered the same as opposed to the LED screen. In other words the little squint hole to avoid a washed out screen :-) . Is it possible that's what the OP meant? Look for a good condition Panasonic Lumix ZS50 which I think is 30X and has the viewfinder and the LED screen. Love mine. They are selling on eBay for around $150 on average.

I bought the ZS50 used from a local online yard sale for $50, looks brand-new (lucky) so I could have this camera in the car instead of missing shots when the DSLR was home. It's got a learning curve for menus, but lots of auto/intelligent settings. Reviewed when it first came out- see dpreview.com.

I married my wife thinking I’d make the switch when a better one came along. There is no one better. I think she’s still looking, though.

No luck. It was suggested to download the pdf manual (the 400+ page version) and search for "lock." I haven't done that.

I put your question to the zs50 forum on dpreview, and I'll let you know if there's a fix.

I didn't answer your question- I don't know if keys are lockable.

Very recently, I bought this camera (used) to keep in the car for those "wish I had my Pentax K5iis with me" moments. The menus are incredibly complex and I understand the frustration! Also, it's easy to cover the flash accidentally with your finger. I recommend the dpreview.com Panasonic forum; you can filter by product.

I first used Pentax Spotmatic back in the early 70s, then K100D, K-x, K50 (died, aperture block), now K5iis. Use a mix of manual and auto lenses. I second pentaxforums.com, as well as Pentaxians Facebook group.

I had a completely torn rotator cuff repair some years ago, and it was the most painful recovery. PT absolutely necessary- did that 3 x week for 8 weeks. Eventually returned to carrying and using DSLR, but it was months. Best wishes and do the PT!

Last fall at Kenmore Camera in Bothel, WA I purchased a plate that has Arca Swiss capability on one side and Manfrotto configuration on the other side. It has a D-ring screw that you can pull out, turn the plate to whichever side you need and your are all set depending on which tripod you want to use. I have Arca Swiss on my Gitzo tripod and my monopod is Manfrotto.

Yes you still need to change the plate around, but for about $18.00 it is a reasonable alternative.

More info please. Is this available on web?
