Thanks Searcher,

I've done that now, thank you. I've been a hogger for a short while but I've not used the site fully due to my work commitments (which have now ended because I've retired; at last) and my hectic private life but I knew someone on here would help or be able to advise me.
Thanks again.

Cheers,

Graham.

Hi,
A friend of mine asked if I could restore this very old photograph (found in an old locket) of her Granddad but I feel it's way out of my league as I only have Adobe Photoshop elements 12 and that its probably to far gone to help rebuild it?. I scanned it at 300dpi and if any one can help me to revive it (and let me into the secret of how) that would be great.
I'm on a long learning curve with photo restoration (only been doing it for a short while) but find the end projects very rewarding.
Hope someone can help or advise out there in hoggerland?
Best wishes,
Graham

Hi John,
In the end I settled for the Lenovo G780. Having had it for a year now I am impressed. Hope this helps you decide John.
Regards,
Graham. :)

I remember trying some jellied eels years from this stall many years ago whilst I was in the army. Didn't like them by the way!! Sad to see old traditional stall disappearing from the streets. How times change eh.

This is my backup camera, it has had 5800 actuation's from new. In excellent condition in its original box (as is the lens). There is an extra battery and two memory cards plus a tripod included in the package. £500 for the lot but please allow an additional £10 for the UK P&P).

Hi everyone,
Bit of advice needed please. I'm thinking of purchasing Lightroom 7 but already have "ON perfect photo suite 7" and I can't make my mind up whether to purchase Lightroom or not? Are there any benefits to having and operating both? I know I have to make the final call but any help would be gratefully received. Thanks peoples.
Regards, Graham.

Hi,
Jessops are back in Birmingham thanks to Peter Jones (Dragons Den), have you looked to see if they have a web site?
Cheers, Graham.

Hi every one,
I'm about to shoot my first wedding for a friend of mine and as a complete novice in this area I wondered if our great UHH members could offer me some advice on which filter(s) I should be looking at using. Most of the shots will be outside in normal daylight conditions with a few inside the church and at the reception. Many thanks, Graham.
