Martin, your really getting into these reversed lenses, it's going to be hard for a lot of people to keep up with you and that includes me, I think your doing a great job! keep at it.
Roger...
Yes, I have a 28mm Sigma that I use for reverse mounting it works good but if I use it reversed on the Nikkor 105D lens I get vignetting but great mag.

I also got a full set of auto tubes which will add to the mix.
Sounds like your ready, those auto tubes are a lot of fun to play with, I have a full set of them but mostly use just the 36mm with my 105D lens, ( Let The Fun Begin )
These are some shots of the ice in yard and on my car windows
Hey Martin, I thought I'd ask if you can use this bracket, I cut it down and made some changes to it but it works very good for holding the camera steady I have a couple of brackets and am not using this one right now, if you can use it PM me your address again
Roger.....
I also think #5 is outstanding but all are great!
I didn't go to bed last night till 3:00 am so missed the ice in the morning
Douglass, I will in the morning we don't have any bugs around here now as the temps are about 49 in the day and 23 at night and morning we have a lot ice every morning
I just had to make one, this one is 7in x 5 inch Nikon D7000 W/Nikkor 105D lens W/ 36mm tube/ Nikon SB 800 speed light, the soft box is lined with foil and has one paper towel and a peace of white plastic bag
I'm also glad you did take these shots, as these are some of the best bee shots I've seen you post, the hair on the eyes really says it all, well done!
Hey Tom,
I like the last one of the fly nice shot, what lens were you using?
Hey Martin, I have a 52mm x 55mm both ends male that I'm not using if that will do you any good ?
I really like this one! the colors black & white & the metallic fangs are great, very nice shots!
Blurryeyed, I have found out the same thing as I built a soft box and tried it with a diffuser on the flash but it worked better without the diffuser it reflects much better with just the foil lining the soft box, you guys have got me into this soft box thing too, I just need some bug's to shoot
