Why not consider the LUMIX FZ200. LEICA Lens 25mm-600mm, Fixed (Constant) f.2.8. Reduced price from $600 down to $400. Wow, what a deal.
Great Travel or all around camera. Friend has one and loves it. He has won print competition, 16x20 at Camera Clubs.
In years past, when you shot film. Most Portrait Photographers, me included, used Soft Focus Lenses or used Soft Filters, instead of Sharp Lenses. I guess, times have changed, since now everyone is into Digital and can fix everything in Photoshop.
Panosonic FZ200, can not be beat for the price or the Leica 25-600mm lens and it is constant at f2.8, throughout.
One reason would be in photographing large Groups , tethered to a lap top and used with remote release.
FXHOME PHOTOKEY 2 LITE. I USE THIS, IT IS VERY EASY TO USE. NOT EXPENSIVE. BV
Used Photoshop to create it. BV
Thank you. That would be deeply appreciated. BV
Any info, from anyone that has used a Lens Baby. I seen some samples of a Lens Baby Spark, Canon, selling on Amazon for $80.00. Am considering one but would like some advise.
Thanks. BV
I recommend and have 2 friends that Swear by it, the DMC-FZ-200. It has a Leica 25-600mm and is constant f2.8, all the way. I have seen some 16x20" prints and they are gorgeous. If you are not professional, and want one camera that does it all, this is it. I believe Amazon just reduced this camera. You can order this and if not happy, I believe you can return it. They are very good on this. BV
One of the Pros, first choices. Excellent BV
Ask your Store Rep, which camera would hold its value more, down the road.
The T4i, has the newer technology and better Video. You will be happy with it, I have one and so far so good. BV
I would go with the t41 and better glass. This gives you the chance to build your lenses and then when the newer bodies come out, since you do not have too much invested in the t41, you can use it as a second body and move up. New bodies are being pumped out, like their is no tomorrow. LOL The t41 is a fine camera. BV
You can also use a MackBook Pro and hook it up to a large monitor and that gives you the best of both worlds. BV
B/W from Color. Mostly People Portraits. What's the best way to go? Opinions appreciated. Thanks BV
Has anyone used the Gary Fong Lightshere? Comments please.
Thanks. BV
