Try opening up both images. Next windows 2up vertical. Next, Go one of the images (left one for illustration). next ctrl-a (windows) to capture the entire image. Next click on the move symbol hold shift key down if you want image centered, drag the left image onto the right image. Before dragging make sure you have either merged the left-hand layer to are on the main image and not on an adjustment.

I have collected a library of PS books. Hardly ever use them. I have 2 computers, 1 I use for working on PS, the second one I use for looking up answers to problems on Google.

I would also suggest a wireless shutter release (not infrared). it will allow you to use your other hand or any combination of other fingers.

There are several wireless remotes available. I purchased one on EBAY but had to wait months for delivery. Better choice would be B&H or Adorama.

I know you aren't planning it yet but don't miss the Grand Teatons. There are great vistas along the Snake River.Check with the park ranger for the best locations. Don't be surprised if you have to share the location with other sunset photographers.

I am wondering if the focus point may have been moved off-center? Also what metering mode are you using spot or? If spot metering is being used is it tracking the focus point?

I use Adobe to convert from raw (Nikon D5300) to dng . Works fine.

If you buy it on eBay, I believe that 999 times out of1000 It will be a pirated copy. However, a pirated copy may work for you if you accept it's limitations.

My experience has been that the software usually as the manufacturer's product but you can't get support, updates, or upgrades. If you want a cheap way out for playing around with you probably will be happy. But remember you are not getting a product that the manufacturer will stand behind. You are getting what you pay for.

I find that I need to convert the files to tiff before opening in any topaz product. Works every time.

I am tired of ordering stuff and waiting forever for delivery. Now when I buy on eBay I check the USA only box and get much faster delivery. It sometimes cost more but faster delivery means more to me than waiting for delivery from China.

You are not alone. I also use the tablet pen with my right hand and the mouse with my left hand when working on PS. Just more convenient even though I am right-handed.

My error topazAI will convert not convert DNG files. My computer still won't handle DNG files.
