But of all these (which I’ve heard countless times - typically at company meetings) and the ones you mentioned, the constant use of “like” is the most annoying to me. Then there is the entire list of grammatical, subject-verb and tense mistakes even made by professional news commentators. We have morphed into allowing bad grammar, bad punctuation and bad spelling into our spoken and written language - a sad comment.

Several years ago I learned that there's more to a camera than megapixels. A quick Google search will yield results confirming this. Here's a snippet from one such result:

"The quality of a camera is decisively influenced by the sensor quality, not only by its Megapixel resolution. In addition to this, the quality of the lenses that you use play an essential role, and even more when you handle more Megapixels. So you may find a camera or smartphone which, having less Megapixels, but with a better sensor and better lenses, gets clearer images than other cameras with more Megapixels.

"Take into account that the more pixels, the smaller the area size in the sensor to catch the light (the colour) corresponding to every pixel and, therefore, the higher the precision must be in both the sensor and the lenses. So much so that there have been cases with camera models from well known brands whose Megapixel resolutions were reduced when the next models were released.

"Basically, if you use a worse camera and worse lenses with more Megapixels, you will have more worse quality pixels. Or what is the same, if you already have a good camera or smartphone, do not worry if a new model has just been released, your photos are not going to have much less quality."

Not to say that the quality of photos from cellcameras isn't extraordinary. Just a cautionary note that pixels aren't everything.

Good morning Hog's, just wondering if anyone has downloaded the latest version of Affinity Photo 2. I downloaded it yesterday afternoon and quickly sat back with a video by James on the new features.

Right away, I ran into problems while trying to follow along. One of the new features allows you to return to the RAW Develop Persona from the main editing program, something I have always wished for. All you have to do is click on the layer to highlight it, and double-click the image on the layer and you're returned to the Develop Persona.... well, mine don't work, at all.

A second method is to hit the "V" key and click on a label along the header, my page doesn't even show the label.... still couldn't get it to work.

I also saved my setup values but when I reload the program, the setup values are gone.

I'm running Windows 10 and have had Affinity Photo for about four years now.

In Luminar NEO, I use Sky Replacement regularly. Some folks say to buy a package of Skys. Others create their own collection. In this light, I have created my own collection of skys, which is about 31 MB. It has one main section of mostly blue skies with clouds.
