Thanks! That's exactly what I was hoping to hear
That's the way I feel. The trip is already booked and payed for so I'm going!
Hello. I'm traveling with some friends to Puerto Plata, Dominican republic, in March. I can't stand the idea of going without my Nikon 7200. I've heard I should leave my camera at home. Does anyone have any experience going there? I hope to travel a bit off the resort to see whatever there is to see.
If you have any good ideas for photo ops I'd also appreciate that!
I do plan to take my little waterproof Olympus.
Is there a senior center near you? Or an over 50 community? Near here there's one that takes bus trips. They go to NYC and DC. You could maybe take a bus or taxi or Uber to the center where the trip takes off.
I have that combo for travel and such. I'm sure if money was not an issue, one could find something better, but it's worked well for me. I've even gotten great pictures in low light situations
I'm a fairly experienced rider but haven't had much luck taking pictures while riding. What camera did you use?
Mt Cuba is nice. Not open Monday or Tues though. If you want to go off the beaten track, The Laurels preserve is nice. There's beautiful countryside between the two
Beautiful. I've heard their numbers are declining which is sad
I am certainly not an experienced shooter but recently bought a 7200. It's a big upgrade from my 3100. Love it.
What exactly are you selling? I am kinda new here. Found some stuff for sale but not your camera stuff
If you have time, check out deception pass. We took a speedboat ride there this summer. It was a blast and we got good pictures.

I recently took a trip to the smoky Pacific Northwest. We hardly saw the sun shine but I took pictures anyway. I'm glad I did.
I would personally be very happy with this shot
I also recommend the Town of Port Townsend.
