To get a break from our COVID-19 isolation, we take a daily afternoon dog walk. Usually these walks are at our neighborhood park but, for a change, we walked part of the Jordan River Trail...only saw two other people and they were riding bikes. There was not much evidence of spring, no green-up to speak of and only a few Robin's singing to us. Scenery, however, was beautiful!

Very nice. I used to hang out there when I was a kid.

Yesterday was such a beautiful day that about 5:00 pm I went to my favorite overlook across the Salt Lake Valley toward the Wasatch Mountains. This might be the time I finally get the definitive pano.

What I learned is that, although pretty, a 40 degree day with a strong wind makes shooting (1) cold and (2) shaky, even with a tripod.

I will continue my pursuit. I know the perfect set is out there.

Mike I really like #2. Almost makes me homesick.

I was visiting Yosemite with a few UHH friends and we were treated to lovely light on Half Dome. This is a single image that I captured with a 2 stop soft grad and a polarizer. I hope you enjoy the beauty of this magnificent park. K

What a beautiful shot. Definitely IMO of mounting and putting on a wall. Thanks for sharing.

An imposing structure located just a few blocks east of The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints Headquarters. Ground was broke in 1899 for the construction of this Roman Catholic Church and it was completed and dedicated in 1909. This beautiful Cathedral is open daily for visitation. We occasionally visit the Cathedral and my wife likes to light candles for deceased family and friends.

I’ve walked past there many times over the years and now wish I has gone inside to take a look. Your photos are great. Thanks for posting.

I need a " Photo Editing Computer" that will accurately Edit my Future RAW Images I am NOT a technical person at my Senior citizen age of 68, and hopefully be assisted by my Grandson. Presently I am using a " Chromebook Laptop, which I have been advised is not a good choice to do Photo Editing of RAW images Thanks in Advance for your experienced recommendation.

I also use a 13” MacBook Pro. It works great and the screen is amazing. I have used Lightroom with it and currently use Affinity, they both work great on my Mac.
