If you missed it, Paul Sager (CHG CANON), a professional photographer and generous HedgeHog, posted a very interesting tutorial on the use of the "detail" module in LightRoom (https://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-609276-1.html). Although I have worked with various video tutorials, Paul took the time to go through step-by-step with examples how the various sliders work.

I had a pano from the "Alpen Glow" effect of a recent sunset on Mount Timpanagos that just seemed too light and hazy to be worth posting. I used Paul's tips (he is not to be blamed for my poor eye) and ended up with the attached shot.

It just goes to show, that there are extremely knowledgeable photographers here. I often digest every syllable and word by CHG_CANON not because we both shoot Canon. He is decidedly much more familiar with photography than I am or will ever be.

Thank you Mike for the comment about the LR details. Maybe we should add some vigor into the Post Processing section where an ongoing discussion of this image will help everyone? Looking at your image, new ideas for LR classic 'demonstration' UHH posts leap to mind where this image could be the basis for the discussion and demonstration. Check your PM for a message.
