Elk City about 3 hours south and easy of Lewiston

I live in one of the most remote places in lower 48 .moved here to retire. I need a lens like a Tam 28 to 400 .I have a cannon 6d . I was wondering if any one would provide a lens in exchange for copy of pictures or a guided photo shoot . They could say with us at our house not fantastic but warm and dry . It about 5 miles max to 3 different wilderness areas I would like any input on how this could play out

Ideas about best rain coat for cannon 6d with 50mm or 0r 100 to 300 any input would help lot of outdoors in rain and snow live in Elk City Idsho.Tnx
