Okay reset all settings back to factory by holding the 2 buttons with the green dots see if that helps you may have to do it for each exposure setting M A S P & Auto
One quick question is it possible that your husband set the camera up for back button focus? And sorry for your loss
On the D500 you have to go into settings and turn on the flash
Did you import the file first
I've always used daylight since the moon is only reflecting sunlight
That particular lens/converter combo only works in manual https://www.sigmaphoto.com/lenses/lens-resources/teleconverter-compatibility
Okay I've been using Promediagear for a few years now. I really like their dedicated L -brackets and boomerang flash bracket. I also own the PGM ball head and tomahawk gimbal and although they are very well made and operated very smoothly, the ball head and gimbal combined weigh almost 4 lbs which is why I purchased my Sirui gimbal. When your out and about with your gear 4 lbs is a lot of extra weight to be carrying
According to the list I looked at, that serial number is for the middle east. I'm including link to the list I looked at http://www.photosynthesis.co.nz/nikon/camera.html
Okay I own a D500 are you stuck on using Lexar XQD cards? I myself am pretty anal about the brands I use, but B&H does carry and have in stock the Sony XQD cards and being anal as I stated before I figure Sony sensor Sony cards only negative is that they are more expensive
Okay so I Googled www.pointandshoot.com and it doesn't even come up as a website, and that's all I'm saying
One quick suggestion never change lenses with camera turned on, because when the sensor is charged it will actual draw dust to it
The easiest thing to do, is ask the tour guide they are very familiar with what can and cannot be photographed
The release date was 4/21/16. The reason that no one is showing them as in stock is because the limited quantities they have received are being used to fill pre-orders.
What's up with all criticism, people commenting about cameras they don't own nor have any intention of owning just last week someone on here was commenting on how the D5 and D500 are on permanent recall which is false of course. I know people feel their opinion is important but I really try to keep my opinions to subjects I have first hand knowledge of. And yes I have a D5 and that's all I'm saying
B&H is currently sell the Sony 32g for a reduced price of $64.95 and the 64g for $109.00 and I know because I purchased the 32 g that they come with a card reader
