Simple and quick. Pound boneless porkchops under wax paper till thin. Dredge in flour / salt / garlic powder / oregano mix. Fry till golden on both sides in olive oil / butter mix. Add chopped mushrooms and a couple of cloves of chopped garlic. You may need a touch more butter. When the mushrooms are cooked, add marsala, scrape the pan, cover and simmer. You may want a few pinches of the flour mix to thicken the sauce. On fettuccini with Broccoli.

Interesting shots! That 7200-200-500 combo can bring in some great images... I see the Tweed birds "band" together for mutual protection I think. The crazy weather we are experiencing may make them change tactics as well.
Thanx for sharing!

Been very pleased with the combo, virtually permanent since I first paired them. Strange stuff has come through that pond over the years, and it can't be much more than thirty acres. An old quarry that flooded.

Oh my goodness! Great photos and if they fail to make anyone smile, check their pulse!

Thanks! This morning he and my small Lab were having an epic tug of war with a toy - early so no good light, but at half the weight of the Lab, he was holding his own!

Thanks QD, that D3 is doing a great job for you. I say it looks like "curtains" for that green ball. My wife says he needs a big hug.
