It is Kleenex, the light is a night stand clock. I could see this coming down a dark hallway and had no idea what was giving off light from my wife's night stand. I have a better mystery next time.

Remember when the Sunday paper used to put in pictures of small parts of things. Well this is the whole thing. See if you can guess the object.

In response to the original post. There is less vibration being detected on the planet. That may or may not be a good thing. As for calling this the "China Virus" that is divisive, and other remarks posted here. Now is not the time to point fingers or throw stones. Now is the time to be supportive of each other. By what ever events or circumstance caused this situation we are now all in this together. We need not cast dispersion on others. A virus does not discriminate, if we do we a reduced to being less than a micro organism. I would prefer to be better than that. I follow the numbers of the fall out of this horrific event hourly. My soul grieves for all of the, mothers, sons, daughters, husbands, sisters, grandparents, who have succumb to this virus. So for me I would like to say only post beautiful pictures and supportive comments on this web site. May your God Bless you, and stay safe. Next month I want everyone who reads this to still be around.

You can apply a heavy load to the battery for a few seconds. Check the Voltage level before applying the load. Then I recommend a 10 ohm 2 Watt resistor across the thermals for a couple of seconds. Not to long it is a heavy load. The resistor could get a little warm. When your remove it check the voltage again, it should be very near what it was if the battery is good. If it is marginal the voltage will have fallen off significantly.

With all of the post processing tools that exist today, I can't think of one thing I could do with Film that I can't do with Digital. In those days I spent bucks on bucks for darkroom equipment and chemicals. Now just open the change menu and adjust anything you want.

Very cool, many years ago I spent several hours shooting some Easter Eggs, that my kids had done a fantastic job of coloring. I used Photo Floods for light, and had every thing perfect. The back ground was royal blue velvet. When the pixs came back from the processor they all had a blue tint to them. I showed them to a expert friend of mine and he said the auto processor had picked up the back ground. I have never had that problem with digital, you shoot the test shot and adjust. I am going to look for some fruit and veggies.

I remember when a friend a mine who made his living using Film said digital will never surpass film for clarity and richness of color. He was wrong. It's to bad he is gone he would have enjoyed this new digital age. Film was always a limiting factor in how many shots you could take.

In 2017 Canon introduced a line of printers that used Photo blue. I have a TS9020 which is an excellent printer, for normal photo printing. It still has the Gray and two blacks. The TS9120 has 6 cartridges two blacks, and no gray but the blue instead. The PIXMA PRO-10 still has gray but incorporates Chroma Optimizer. While the TS9120 and the TS 8120 use the PB Photo Blue. This current info off the Canon web site.

I use an Epson 4490, to scan photos, I always use color for B&W. Older B&W photos generally have time shifted and are no longer B&W. The color scan gives you all that aging, and character. The 4490, has warm-up so you never get a cold scan. I have a Canon all in-one for every day documents, I save the Epson for photos. I would post an example but I don't know how to do that in a reply.
