It appears that this China Flu is good for the Earth. Seismologists have found the Earth is not vibrating as much from Trucks, Trains etc. especially in highly populated areas.
Just a theory, is it possible all this vibration causing the tectonic plates to vibrate and cause the rise in earthquakes?
Just a thought that struck me as reading this.

I also read that air pollution has been reduced.

Mother Nature will stop us from destroying the earth, Her home.

I’ve been thinking exactly that for a long time. If I had creatures living in my home that were intent on using up its resources, overpopulating, having continuous wars, developing more and more lethal methods of destruction and destroying the house, I’d call the exterminator. Personally, I’m surprised the Deity has given us this much time.

This has nothing to do with anything that you said.
It is just about vibrations not wars and other stupid hate America comments

We've seen too many "futuristic" movies and things like The Andromeda Strain, The Cassandra Crossing, The Omega Man,...

I was responding to Longshadow’s comment, and I thought that was obvious, since I responded to his comment, not the original thread.

And if you are referring to me (and I hope you are not), I am a US Army Vietnam veteran, so please don’t include me in “stupid hate America comments”. Hopefully, I am misinterpreting your remark.

In response to the original post. There is less vibration being detected on the planet. That may or may not be a good thing. As for calling this the "China Virus" that is divisive, and other remarks posted here. Now is not the time to point fingers or throw stones. Now is the time to be supportive of each other. By what ever events or circumstance caused this situation we are now all in this together. We need not cast dispersion on others. A virus does not discriminate, if we do we a reduced to being less than a micro organism. I would prefer to be better than that. I follow the numbers of the fall out of this horrific event hourly. My soul grieves for all of the, mothers, sons, daughters, husbands, sisters, grandparents, who have succumb to this virus. So for me I would like to say only post beautiful pictures and supportive comments on this web site. May your God Bless you, and stay safe. Next month I want everyone who reads this to still be around.

Yes, a virus is indiscriminate, but it does have a geographic starting point.
Give it a break on the PC and feelly goody stuff everyone.
(Might as well remove "Made in the USA" from stuff so people don't feel bad that it isn't made where they live. Why would country of origin be "bad"?)
Bad shit happens. Don't ignore or erase it.
Learn from it, live with it.

When I read the words "China virus" I don't think less of Chinese people. Like was said, it was a geographical starting point, not an attack on the people there. How about the "Hong Kong flu" of 1969? That was not a racist comment, it just meant a starting point of a disease. Does the "Tasmanian devil" reflect open our friends down there? Can I eat "Brazil nuts" without thinking about the people there? And we have the "Portuguese man of War in our local oceans, and the "Portuguese water dog" walking around in our parks. Does that make the Portuguese people somehow inferior? How about the "German measles"? Is that a direct attack on our German friends, many of whom are our ancestors. Please, get over this PC stuff. Calling something a name based on origin has nothing to do with racist thought. At lease not in this case.
