Linda, I have to agree. We moved to Kennewick 25 years ago and love it (cannot see images like yours because of the smoke the last few weeks).

A few months ago there was a topic asking if woodworking and photography were compatible. This is my latest 3-D project, a 14 inches platter designed to be a 3-sided box with objects. The platter is perfectly flat. Any suggestions on better use of my iPhone 14 pro for photography appreciated.

Take both. You should have some spare time waiting on the long exposures. Preparation is always key.

Jerry, I have seen many of Kent's videos and he is excellent at teaching. I do both woodturning and photography and have done so for many years. I find they are complementary. When it is too bad to go out and take pictures, I do woodworking.

The bracket is very stable in both orientations with no detectable movement. All of the ports, SD card slot and the battery case are accessible without removing the bracket, although the battery access is a bit cramped.

I have the L bracket you referenced from eBay ($20) on my RX 10 iv with a Kirk Enterprise PZ-17 quick release plate attached for my QD strap. Never comes off. Pictures available if requested.
