I have often thought that the court could be organized in a better manner. For instance, the Dems. pick three, the Reps. pick three. Those six could then pick the remaining three. If a vacancy happens the replacement would be chosen by which group lost a justice. I think that more people would be willing to accept decisions from a court that reflects a more balanced court. Just a thought.

I have had a good experience with MPB. However, I can't say the same for Fedex. They missed the trade-in pick up by two days, and the delivery day by two days. This meant I had to sit for a total of four days waiting for them. Not at all pleased with Fedex, but would recommend MPB.

Check the prices on Feisol and Suri. Both are excellent quality and reasonably priced compared to Gitzo etc. Both offer good prices on ball heads etc. I have had a Feisol tripod for a few years and am very pleased with it.
