I just tried watching the video on their site and although I have a very high internet speed there was a lot of buffering. Interested in knowing whether or not other people have experienced it.

I purchased a 5D II in 2009 and it is still the only camera I use. Never seen any need to upgrade.

I have done that and they suggested that I download a TLS2 (?) file to update my system. It seems to have done the trick.

When I try to start Photoshop I get the following message:-

We can’t verify your subscription status.

Your Photoshop subscription will end in 3 days.

I have an internet connection that is working well and when I log into my CC account I can see that my latest monthly subscription was take out on 17th October.

Any thoughts on how I can proceed?

I constructed the background in Photoshop some years ago. I have about 20 different color versions of it.
