Would iMovie work our for ya? You can create all the transitions, and once complete, download it into a file and from there burn it to dvd.
Joining you in prayer for successful surgery and fast recovery!
Beautiful! My wife and I visited there in '14, spent two days going through it. Such incredible craftsmanship throughout the cathedral. Did you happen to take the little trip down below to see the original baptismal pools this was built upon? I believe they said the pools date back to 400 BC.
Ya'll have missed it. It's a petrified Pileated Woodpecker.

For sure I will. I will also be candid about whether I wasted my money.
Good luck! Return policy states that items on sale cannot be returned for a refund. Hope it works out for you!

...Once you have completed your editing, downsample your high mp image to 12 mp, and you will see the noise disappear, and the image look nice and crisp...
Interesting tip. Never heard of that but I'm still pretty new, is that something you can do in LR?

I am spending May 6-10 in Wintergreen, VA with plans to also visit the Shenandoah N.P. Are there any "Must See" locations recommended? Thank you!
Wintergreen and surrounding areas are beautiful.
Hop on the Blueridge Parkway (
http://www.nps.gov/blri/index.htm) and take a ride down to Swannanoa (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swannanoa_(mansion). You might like to take some shots of the grounds, I think for your dates, you miss the open house by one day (May 5th). The views along the parkway are beautiful as well. The Parkway is just up on the ridge above Wintergreen and is a beautiful drive in either direction.
If you have a day, and enjoy hiking, head south to Crabtree Falls, but also just north of you, along the parkway, is Humpback Rock visitor center and farm that gives a beautiful view of the Shenandoah Valley.
The drive along Rt. 151 at the foot of the mountain is a nice road with scenic areas along the way, old farms, barns, and such. 151 will take you south to Crabtree Falls. Staunton, VA is not too far away and is a beautiful small town.
Hope that helps!
I see you're located in Virginia. The James River State Park was just recently designated as an International Dark Sky Park. Virginia also has another state park with that same designation, I think it's the Staunton River State Park. If you're reasonably close to either of those, that might give you some dark sky options. Nice shot by the way!

wow, good observation. the "made in china" at the bottom, china is missing, which should have been on the other side.
Very well could be the same lens cut in half...ya gotta allow some room for the saw kerf and the clean up of each side.
My son and his g/f went for a week a few months ago. They stayed in local homes and had a wonderful - and safe - time. Never felt in danger, I'm certain that typical travel precautions are in order. Your guide will give you a ton of additional information such as safety as well as sites to visit. Look forward to your photos!

For something a little out of the ordinary visit Hollywood Cemetery. Belle Isle in Richmond is also nice. It is accessible to pedestrian and bicycle traffic via a suspension footbridge that runs under the Robert E. Lee Bridge. I haven't been there in years, but when I was there there was an abandoned power plant and other abandoned buildings all accessible and not fenced off.
Yes! I forgot to mention the cemetery! (
http://www.hollywoodcemetery.org/)
And another historical area is straight down 95 is Blandford Cemetery (
http://www.petersburgva.gov/303/Blandford-Cemetery) and the old Blandford church there with it's original Tiffany windows.
http://www.craterroad.com/oldblandfordchurch.htmlNot too far from the Blandford Cemetery is the Petersburg National Battlefield self-tour where you can drive through the battlefield. (

I used to walk around Belle Isle a lot. It's very historic. There was a prison camp there during the Civil War. The Tredegar Iron Works is just a few hundred yards away and worth visiting.
And that footbridge across the James and over to the Manchester Wall is a great view too!
Dutch Gap has a great trail that might interest you! Not too far from where you're gonna be, but you'd have to get back over to I95 and come south a few miles. The trail is about 5 miles I think and mostly flat. Here's a website for information:
http://www.hikingupward.com/OVH/DutchGap/Something else that might interest you is that you're not too far from several plantations along the James, just east of where you'll be.

Hello the shoe,
I have already drag and drop it and I have all the pics in the new drive but LR does not see it, it show all pics with ? sign.
Go up to the top of the hog and click on search, put in the box the following (without the quotes): "why do I get the question mark in lightroom" and hit search, and have a look at some of those topics. Also, put in the search bar this: "how do I move files in lightroom?" (again, without the quotation marks).
Hope that helps.
