Yes, they sell equipment to make 3D scans. You can go to "Resources" and "Gallery" to see free virtual tours.

Ancient Egypt has always fascinated me, whether fiction or documentary. I'm currently subscribed to Disney+, and they have many hours of tomb explorations available. It seems like wherever they dig, they find tombs. Some are unfinished, and some have been robbed. Many of the pillaged tombs were robbed by the ancient governments shortly after burial because they needed the money. King Tut's tomb was the exception.

If you like this type of thing, $7.99 will buy you lots of viewing time. Actually, I think the first month is $1.99.

BUTT! It's almost difficult to do if'n you gots any smarts at all.
You have 4 dimm slots? They're in sets of 2, and usually different colors.
In over 80% of the ones that I've seen the primaries are blue, seconds are black or brown.
The mobo also will number them- a single stick in #1 is many times enough to boot to BIOS

Yes, I agree with all of you!
But it did happen to Curmudgeon...
Laramie mentioned PCI and PCI-E slots. My main point was that you can screw it up just with memory slots.

Installed your RAM inn the wrong sockets? The only other sockets I can think of in the average computer are the PCI, PCI-E slots. They call themselves computer repair folk?

If you have four memory slots and 2 memory modules there is specific sequence of filling up memory slots.
The sequence is specified by manufacturer and it depends on computer model.
So it is possible to install memory module in memory slots and have it failed or not detected...

Some will say "I don't care if they keep track of my every movement and purchase - I'm not doing anything wrong!" - but that belies a fundamental ignorance of the fact that it is those in power who decide "what is wrong".

Here is funny thing about that...

The file below contains article from NY Times. I attached PDF of the article. Sometimes you cannot read the page without paying...

Sony A 7 IV has an Interval Shooting function. I just tried it out here at home before using it or the first time "On the scene". I got 60 discrete well exposed and well focused photos over a 6 minute shoot. Getting the photos is not the problem. I can see no way, with my Mac 27 inch 5 g display running Monterey OS 12.6 (The latest and greatest OS for Mac) , to string them together into a movie clip. My post processing software is Apple Photos, Luminar NEO, Luminar 4, Sony Imaging Edge, Aurora HDR 2019 v 1.01, Topaz SharpenPolarr Photo Editor Pro v 5.6.0, Raw Power v 3.4.8 and Starstax v 0So far zi have not discovered anything to turn a time lapse into a viewable movie clip.

I'm hoping that somewhere out there in UHH land, there is someone who has run across this problem and has a solution.

Try continuous mode. Second or third shot will be more steady then the first one...

Sounds to me like Canon is as persnickety about others sharing the profits of their intellectual property as we would be if our images were being sold without our permission.

I look at it from different side.

Imagine that you cannot buy car parts anywhere except for dealer.
There would be DLM created and protesting everywhere...

I am not advocating for copying Canon software and lens design. Many third party lens suppliers do not have any communication with camera and rely on manual operation of the lens. So where intellectual property comes into play?

It is sad that those without deep pockets today are left behind as new sensors are developed and cannot be retrofitted. I understand the complexities. But it is sad that to get that new marvelous film (Sensor) today requires a whole new camera rather than a few dollars as before.

You can always try Mamiya RZ67. You just need different back to upgrade sensor...
AND you can shoot film and digital with the same camera.
