What the article does not tell us is how much the attorneys got for filing this lawsuit. There-in lies the reason for these lawsuits.

I had a new left lens in my eyeglass's replaced recently that lost the no-glare coating that left me with a large fogging on my left eye. The company that I purchased them from replaced the lens and I was setting outside enjoying the fact that I could now see with both eyes when I noticed a interesting color combination in a tree that I would like to photograph. I then started to wonder how the coating of my lens would be different from what my eyes see. I am getting ready to have a new eye exam and a new set of glasses made. My question is how would coating my new lens with no-glare, uv and polarization affect what my eye see's be different from what the camera len's see in color and light.

EOS Rebel T3 with 18-55mm IS Lens For Sale

Overview
The Beauty of Simplicity. Perfect for photographers ready to make the move to digital SLR photography, the new EOS Rebel T3 delivers beautiful photos and video, speed, simplicity and fun. It features a 12.2 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor and Canon DIGIC 4 Image Processor for richly detailed images and quick camera response. It has Canon's amazing 63-zone, Dual-layer metering for accurate exposures and features Canon's Basic+ function, HD video recording and Live View shooting, plus a convenient in-camera Feature Guide. The EOS Rebel T3 is as beautiful as the pictures it takes.

Canon's CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) sensor captures images with exceptional clarity and tonal range, and offers the most pixels in its class. It offers many of the same new technologies to maximize each pixel's light gathering efficiency that were first seen with the professional EOS-1D Mark III model. It's an APS-C size sensor (22.2 x 14.8mm), and there's an effective 1.6x increase in the lens's marked focal length when attached.

12.2 Megapixel APS-C Size CMOS Sensor
DIGIC 4 Image Processor
The improved DIGIC 4 Image Processor ensures that images are captured, processed and saved with remarkable speed. The EOS Rebel T3 DSLR's new 3:2 multiple aspect ratio, in-camera RAW image processing, creative filters, image resizing and provided S2 and S3 image-recording quality are all possible thanks to the DIGIC 4 Image Processor. With dazzling results, the new DIGIC 4 Image Processor also works to capture and process data of images shot at 12.2 Megapixels at 3.0 fps, as well as 14-bit signal processing for excellent image gradation, enhanced Face Detection Live mode, Full HD video recording, Auto Lighting Optimizer and Lens Peripheral Optimization.

With a broad range of ISO settings, the EOS Rebel T3 enables shooting from sunrise to sunset and helps ensure capture of the finest detail. With enhanced high-sensitivity optimization, subjects can be captured clearly and easily at high shutter speeds without flash, with minimized blur and noise. In bright scenes, especially long exposures in daylight, optimal exposure can be achieved with a fully open wide-diameter lens, no dark filter needed.

The EOS Rebel T3 has a high-precision, 9-point AF system utilizing a high-precision, f/5.6 cross-type center point. The 9-point AF system uses both normal and high-precision focus depending on the aperture and available light. The 9 focus points can be chosen automatically or manually selected.

The EOS Rebel T3 operates with such effortless speed that operation is nothing short of intuitive. With instant startup times, speedy autofocus and minimal shutter lag, the EOS Rebel T3 is one of the fastest cameras available today. It can continuously shoot 3.0 fps (frames per second) up to approximately 830 JPEGs or 2.0 fps for approximately 5 RAW files, so you won't miss a shot.

I was reflecting on how different my photo shooting has become since going from film to digital. When I was shooting film I would really think about the shot because after shooting I would have to go to the darkroom and develop and enlarge the photo. What I shot was the end product. Now I find myself shooting lots of photos because it is easy to transfer to the computer and edit. Is this making me a better photograher, I think not. So I am now shooting digital but going back to thinking in 35mm film.

Thanks for all the responses. I will be using this camera and lens setup for wildlife photography and am looking for something that will keep the camera ready for a shot if needed quickly. Has anyone used a Keyhole Hands-Free Camera and Binocular System with Shoulder Straps.

Ps: docs won't do surgery yet.

I have a Canon 7d with a battery grip and Sigma 150 - 500mm lens. This is a heavy rig to haul for a distance. My question is does anyone have a suggestion as to what I can use to transport this camera and lens to a shoting spot. By the way I have bad shoulders.

By the way my wife has Epi-pin's for allergic reactions. They costs over 600.00 for two pins that have less than one dollar of epineprine in them. Go figure who's making the money.

In my youth I was a sales rep. For a Veterinary Supply Company. We received a new drug from Parke Davis called amoxicillin. Our product was the same as what was being sold to the human market, same label, etc. Parke Davis sold this direct to the drug stores and we bought it as a wholesaler. At the price we purchased this from the company we could have doubled our price and sold it to the drug stores for less than they where paying to purchase direct from Parke Davis.
