AF Nikkor 50mm 1.8D----SOLD
The smallest, lightest, least expensive and one of the sharpest in the line. Auto focus on bodies containing motor (all FX, and DX 7000 series and up). Manual focus (this one is very smooth) on all Nikons. Lens is like new. Caps included.
Front element is deeply recessed and hood is not needed.
Checks are OK. PM me if interested.
Many thanks to all who replied. I love the P610, and most of the recent bridge cameras. In my opinion, the big problem with all of them is not the small sensors, or lack of RAW capability; but the ability to manage depth of field. Something has to give to enable the remarkable things they can do, and for me, this is it.

Short par 4. Foursome on the green. If I hit my career shot I'll get there----
These construction crane photos were shot with a Nikon Coolpix P610. The first pic is to show the location from which all four were shot.
Since octogonarian qualifying, have passed more than ten years of GAS and the pressure is still unrelenting. Just got a D750 and might swap for a PHASE TWO, too. Relax and keep movin'. Bob
David Busch has responded that there is no 5:4 crop in the D750. That particular guide has been taken out of production and corrections cannot be made at this time. Anyone wishing to see his full response: send me your email address and I'll forward it.
Thank you to all who have responded to my post. Bob
My only issue is 5:4 crop. Have never seen it on any DSLR. Will contact Busch and report back.
On pg. 208 of his great book on the D750, David Busch suggests that 5:4 crop (4x5, 8x10 etc.) is as available as is DX crop.
On the following page in Fig.7.4, the crop modes are illustrated together with full frame; the crop modes being 1.5 DX, 1.2 and 5:4. Can someone please enlighten me on this? Maybe a firmware update? I would have use for 5:4 if I could get it ---in the camera.

Good afternoon. Is the Tokina 12-28mm lens still available? I've been out of town for a week and haven't been checking the site. Thanks.
Still available: $275.00, shipping paid, 30 day return privilege. PM me if interested. Pilot 6
It's well known that Nikon USA won't work on "gray market" cameras. In selecting cameras for refurbishing, do they have the same concern? Does anyone know?
To be perfectly clear:
Nikon D3300, 1382+ shutter count, refurbished by Nikon and like new, includes charger, 2 batteries, connectors,
body cap, strap and screen protector $250.00.
Tokina 12-28mm, aspherical, F4.0 constant, like new in box. (new price is $449.00). $275.00.
Check Rockwell on this lens--Altho a DX, works perfectly on FX from 18 to 28mm
without vignetting, is SHARP and almost distortion-free. Build is superb.
RA viewfinder is sold.
Package price for lens and body, $500.00 and I'll pay shipping to lower 48.
NEW: 30 day unconditional return for full refund of purchase price.
Bank money order or personal check. PM me .
Reason for sale: Geriatric induced 2nd (3rd, 6th??) childhood --back to full frame.
Good for you Charles. However, don't be too smug about your ease of toting gear: you're both youngsters and unaware of what's down the road.

Am in complete agreement with rMalarz comment on Bushpilots wonderful image and title. Our 67 year marriage is in its 4th year of the situation described. Superb, iconic photograph.
