Mineral spirits, rubbing alcohol or an alcohol based hand sanitizer will do the trick. Any or all will work all the time.
When I was a kid we had pine trees out in front and after climbing and playing in them, my Mom would clean me up with mineral spirits or rubbing alcohol.
They didn't have hand sanitizers (except soap) back in those old days, oh so many years ago!

I would vote to ban abortion as soon as every right to life person agreed to take in an unwanted infant that would be aborted.
Donating $50/year to support "unwanted" kids doesn't. You take them into your house and raise them as your own.
Put your money and time where you mouth is.
Also, bring along pens to give to kids and others. No Candy and/or gum. It causes decay and there are few dentists.
There are a lot of beggars, but do not just give them money.
I "hired" kids to pose for me so I could take their pictures and then gave them some money.
