Posts: Bmac | Ugly Hedgehog

When I go to B&H and search for neutral density filters it returns over 4000 items. I know I need only one or two to start for landscape and sky images, so, can someone please give me an idea which model or rating to start out with? I have a Nikon D7000 with the 18-105 kit lens and a 35mm 1.8 prime.

Same question for a Circular Polarizer filter.
