It looks just like an adjustable flijibulator I used to use for using an extension tube on my Chromega. It only worked with the 135mm lens, though.

Thanks for the holiday wishes. I hope that you and yours enjoy the season safely and that you did not have to hold that pose too long... or maybe you have heated underwear? Stay warm and keep on sharing.

I believe my wife once said that one of the reasons she married me was because I had a " hot a**". After 54 years it may still be intact; as I recall, my behind was a bit damp when I got up from that respite.

Just wanted to throw out a thanks to all of the Hoggers who have taken the time to look in on my adventures in Judy's gardens and all the other stuff I've posted over the years.

I've appreciated all the responses, both good and critical. I intend to keep searing your eyeballs with new stuff as I'm able to get out there and shoot.

To all the Hoggers-- PLEASE have a safe and MERRY CHRISTMAS / HAPPY HOLIDAYS. (your choice)

Reminds me of my competitive water skiing days. Burn, peel. Burn, peel. Repeat, repeat.

I'm keeping my Dermatologist's office well supplied with little goodies to treat.

NMGal, Thank you! You have given me an idea. Maybe I'll head on down to the local IKEA store to buy me an "assemble it yourself bench." The weather was actually mild enough today to have enjoyed sitting out there. Wish you a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year!

And by the time you get it assembled the weather should be sunny and warm.

Thanks, Jim. I do too. Their blooms are beautiful. But they are so high up that it's hard to get a really good shot of them.

I have a barely-used trampoline my wife would sell you CHEAP.

Just bouncety-bounce till you reach the right height and then fire away.

Hi all. Here's a crazy request some of you may be able to answer. I'm old (81) and don't get around much. I use a scooter. I love to take pictures and, at least technically, I'm pretty good at it. BUT. I need to find some spots where I can find pictures from my car window. I live in central coastal New Jersey. Brigantine Wildlife Reserve has a wonderful driving section and Allaire State Park is great from my scooter, but it seems I take the same pictures every time I go there. Any suggestions? By the way, I know there are many of you out there with the same kind of restrictions I have. Maybe we could start a group to share information. Old Fart Photo Society?
Hi all. Here's a crazy request some of you may be... (show quote)

One suggestion from this corner.

The routes you normally drive or scooter may give you gobs of new looks just by heading in the opposite direction, if it's possible to do it that way.

No matter how many times a person plays the same golf course and gets used the beauty of the holes, they can look very different and pretty in a whole different way when looking at them from green to tee.

Nice Photo but I think you meant "Soul". It would be so strange seeing a fish in a golf course. Sole is also an adjective but not a noun.

I thought it was a part of the bottom of a shoe or slipper.

Another nice set of pictures Fran. The flower looks like an aqualegia (columbine) in the process of opening up. They grow wild and flower in late spring /early summer. They are available as hybrids in most nurseries these days. See attached image. Don't think they are poisonous but then again, many common flowers are and others are edible. Don't think it's wise to experiment.

Russ beat me to it.
